To assess correctly the targets of health care is a difficult and responsible task. A valuable example of the targets, methods and criteria of health care is the programme of the World Health Organization "Health for All by the Year 2000". The author explains its structure and time schedule individual groups of tasks. The programme should become the basis of a nation-wide effort leading to the improvement of the health status of the population.
正确评估医疗保健的目标是一项艰巨且责任重大的任务。世界卫生组织“2000年人人享有健康”规划就是一个有关医疗保健目标、方法和标准的宝贵范例。作者阐述了该规划的结构以及各项任务的时间安排。该规划应成为全国性努力的基础，以促进民众健康状况的改善。
