Abstract

In the district of Poznań the demands to the Fast Medical Aid were analyzed in cases of respiratory and circulatory system diseases during the winter period 1985/86. Therefore, according to air pollution aspects, the district was subdivided into 10 parts, for which various data were collected and evaluated. Obviously, a greater susceptibility for older persons above 60 years of age was traced. It is pointed to the fact that besides the general air pollution also factors such as bio-meteorological influences or different levels of primary medical care exert influence on the demand to Fast Medical Aid.

摘要

在波兹南地区,对1985/86年冬季呼吸系统和循环系统疾病病例的快速医疗援助需求进行了分析。因此,根据空气污染情况,该地区被划分为10个区域,收集并评估了各个区域的各类数据。显然,发现60岁以上的老年人更容易受到影响。需要指出的是,除了一般的空气污染外,生物气象影响或初级医疗保健水平差异等因素也会对快速医疗援助需求产生影响。
