To study the chemical constituents contained in Acorus calamus.
The chemical constituents were separated and purified by various chromatographic methods including silica gel, ODS, HPLC and Sephadex LH-20, and their structures were identified on the basis of analysis on spectroscopic data.
Ten compounds were separated from A. calamus and identified as 1beta, 4beta, 7alpha-trihydroxyeudesmane (1), bullatantriol (2), teuclatriol (3), threo-1', 2'-dihydroxyasarone (4), erythro-1', 2'-dihydroxyasarone (5), (+)-de-4'-O-methyleudesmin (6), (+)-de-4'-0-methylmagnolin (7), (+)-eudesmin (8), (+)-magnolin (9) and beta-sitosterol (10), respectively.
Compounds 1-2,4-9 were separated from this plant for the first time. Specifically, compounds 1-2,6-9 were obtained from Acorus genus for the first time.
研究菖蒲的化学成分。
采用硅胶、ODS、高效液相色谱(HPLC)及葡聚糖凝胶LH - 20等多种色谱方法对化学成分进行分离纯化,并根据光谱数据分析鉴定其结构。
从菖蒲中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为1β,4β,7α - 三羟基桉叶烷(1)、白菖蒲三醇(2)、香紫苏醇(3)、苏式 - 1',2'-二羟基细辛醚(4)、赤式 - 1',2'-二羟基细辛醚(5)、(+)-去 - 4'-O - 甲基桉叶素(6)、(+)-去 - 4'-O - 甲基木兰脂素(7)、(+)-桉叶素(8)、(+)-木兰脂素(9)和β - 谷甾醇(10)。
化合物1 - 2、4 - 9首次从该植物中分离得到。具体而言,化合物1 - 2、6 - 9首次从菖蒲属植物中获得。
