Abstract
The effect of pentagastrin (dose: 6 mkg/kg on the motor function and intracavitary pressure of the stomach and duodenum was studied in 28 healthy persons and 352 patients with duodenal ulcer, chronic gastritis, chronic pancreatitis, chronic cholecystitis). It was found that pentagastrin stimulates appearance of the III antroduodenal phase. It is recommended to use pentagastrin in patients with chronic antroduodenal disorders of passability and antroduodenal stasis.

在28名健康人和352名患有十二指肠溃疡、慢性胃炎、慢性胰腺炎、慢性胆囊炎的患者中，研究了五肽胃泌素（剂量：6微克/千克）对胃和十二指肠运动功能及腔内压力的影响。发现五肽胃泌素可刺激十二指肠第三期的出现。建议在患有慢性十二指肠通过障碍和十二指肠淤滞的患者中使用五肽胃泌素。
