Heterotopic gestation, although fairly common with assisted reproductive techniques, is very rare in natural conception. Here we are reporting a case of heterotopic pregnancy in a 27-year-old woman who presented with sign and symptoms of acute abdomen from aborting tubal pregnancy with intrauterine gestation at 7 weeks of amenorrhea.
异位妊娠在辅助生殖技术中较为常见，但在自然受孕中极为罕见。在此，我们报告一例27岁女性的异位妊娠病例，该患者在停经7周时，因输卵管妊娠流产并合并宫内妊娠，出现了急腹症的体征和症状。
