On laboratory rats of different age the effect of the acute intraperitoneal administration of the herbicide Zeazin S-40, 570 mg.kg-1 was investigated. The dose was derived after assessment of LD50 i. p. It was revealed that this substance causes during the first hour after introduction into the organism a response in the internal environment manifested among others by changes in the serum levels of glucose, lactate and triacylglycerols.
对不同年龄的实验大鼠进行了腹腔注射除草剂Zeazin S - 40（570毫克/千克）的急性给药效果研究。该剂量是在评估腹腔注射半数致死量后确定的。结果发现，该物质在进入机体后的第一小时内会引起内环境的反应，表现为血清葡萄糖、乳酸和三酰甘油水平的变化等。
