Regional odontodysplasia is a rare developmental anomaly with an unknown cause. This disorder involves both the ectodermal and mesodermal dental layers. The affected teeth generally cannot be rehabilitated for functional use; therefore, the treatment of choice is extraction with prosthetic replacement. A unique case of unilateral regional odontodysplasia with ipsilateral mandibular malformation is reported.
