Abstract

B lymphocytes from the immunized low-responding strain B10 did not form colonies after stimulation with SRBC in semisolid agar cultures, this defect was reparable by simultaneous stimulation with LPS and SRBC. The colony formation of macrophages obtained from control and primarily immunized mice was comparable, but after secondary immunization the B10-derived macrophages formed only 50% of colonies. The formation of haemopoietic CFU-S colonies is in B10 strain significantly suppressed by both primary and secondary immunization.

免疫反应低下的B10品系的B淋巴细胞在用绵羊红细胞(SRBC)刺激后,在半固体琼脂培养中不能形成集落,而同时用脂多糖(LPS)和SRBC刺激可修复这一缺陷。从对照小鼠和初次免疫小鼠获得的巨噬细胞的集落形成情况相当,但二次免疫后,B10品系来源的巨噬细胞仅形成50%的集落。初次免疫和二次免疫均显著抑制了B10品系中造血CFU-S集落的形成。
