88 rice and 75 soybean samples were collected from 8 provinces of Korea from March through September in 1988. The Fusarium mycotoxins, zearalenone was analyzed by direct competitive enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. 10.2% of rice and 9.3 % of soybean samples contained detectable zearalenone.The average levels of zearalenone of rice and soybean samples were 11.78μg/kg and 7.70μ/kg, respectively.
1988 年 3 月至 9 月期间,从韩国的 8 个省收集了 88 份大米和 75 份大豆样本。通过直接竞争酶联免疫吸附测定法分析了这些样本中的黄曲霉毒素和玉米赤霉烯酮。结果显示,10.2%的大米和 9.3%的大豆样本中含有可检测到的玉米赤霉烯酮。大米和大豆样本中玉米赤霉烯酮的平均含量分别为 11.78μg/kg 和 7.70μg/kg。
