Urogenital manifestations of AIDS appear today with an increasing incidence. Among 43 seropositive patients, seen in our department between 1985 and 1989, 19 were treated for an infection: 11 cases of epididymitis, 6 cases of prostatitis, 1 renal abscess, 1 case of extensive condylomata of the urethra. The clinical signs and follow up of these infections were straightforward in half of the cases. However, in some patients, the infection was fulminant with progression to an abscess despite the use of antibiotics or were unusual because of the pathogens isolated. Any urologist is likely to encounter cases of genitourinary complications of AIDS and should develop general measures of protection of the surgical team.
如今，艾滋病的泌尿生殖系统表现发病率日益增加。1985年至1989年间在我科就诊的43例血清反应阳性患者中，19例因感染接受治疗：11例附睾炎、6例前列腺炎、1例肾脓肿、1例广泛性尿道湿疣。这些感染的临床症状及随访情况在半数病例中表现简单直接。然而，在一些患者中，尽管使用了抗生素，感染仍呈暴发性并进展为脓肿，或者因分离出的病原体而表现异常。任何泌尿科医生都可能遇到艾滋病的泌尿生殖系统并发症病例，因此应制定针对手术团队的一般防护措施。
