Extracorporeal connection of a porcine spleen (ECCPS) was used in 36 patients ranging in age from 14 to 60 years with a IIIAB-IV degree burn of from 30 to 80% of a body surface. The clinical signs of infective complications were the indication for ECCPS. The immunomodulating effect of ECCPS in burn septicotoxemia and normalizing effect on the morphofunctional state of neutrophil granulocytes without normalization of cellular immunity in toxemia was established.
对36例年龄在14至60岁之间、体表烧伤面积达30%至80%且为IIIAB - IV度烧伤的患者采用了猪脾脏体外连接（ECCPS）治疗。感染性并发症的临床体征是采用ECCPS的指征。已证实ECCPS在烧伤败血症中有免疫调节作用，且对中性粒细胞的形态功能状态有正常化作用，但在毒血症中细胞免疫未恢复正常。
