The case of a 60-year-old female patient with bilateral posterior uveitis is reported. Simultaneously with the development of signs of uveitis, small, nodular, circumscribed skin lesions, pinkish in color, appeared close to the lower lid. Two biopsies were performed. In both cases histopathological examination revealed noncaseating granulomas with epitheloid cells. This finding supports the diagnosis of Brocq-Pautrier angiolupoid, a specific form of sarcoidosis of the skin. So far, no pulmonary involvement has been reported.
