[Survey on the gerontological research in the Federal Republic of Germany (author's transl)].

This survey on the gerontological research shows the topical main accents of work in this field in the Federal Republic of Germany: Social services for aged, old-age-security, social and health situation, and older workers' problems are the most important items of the essay.
