Abstract
An objective assessment of the function of the palatopharyngeal ring in children operated on for cleft palate, based on the results of endoscopy with the use of quantitative analysis, will help estimate the degree of joining and of participation in this process of individual structures of the palatopharyngeal ring, as well as choose the treatment strategy for the future (continuation of logopedic training or reconstructive-rehabilitation surgery with the use of the least movable structures).
