[The importance of analysis and regulation of the activities at the current stage of development of public health].

The shifting of emphasis from a branch to territorial planning at the stage of restructuring public health generates the necessity to develop local labour standards, and conditions the needs of public health administrators in methodological provision of this work. The article defines a wide range of tasks for the setting of labour standards which are being solved at the centralized level and at health institutions; main conditions are laid down which are to be followed while working out local standards.
