We reported a case of 21 years old male with ulcerative colitis in whom barium-enema follow-up study demonstrated two localized narrowing areas with clustered inflammatory polyps in the transverse colon although there was no severe attack during the 3-year observation period. In this case, the possibility of malignant changes was considered radiographically, but denied endoscopically and histologically by examining the nature of the polyps.
我们报告了一例21岁患有溃疡性结肠炎的男性病例，在3年的观察期内，尽管没有严重发作，但钡剂灌肠随访研究显示横结肠有两个局限性狭窄区域，并伴有成簇的炎性息肉。在该病例中，通过影像学检查考虑有恶变的可能性，但通过对息肉性质的检查，在内镜检查和组织学检查中排除了恶变。
