The role of T-lymphocytes, macrophages and stromal mechanocytes in regulation of bone marrow hemopoiesis has been studied at stress. A reliable increasing of absolute number of erythroid, granulocyte and mixed hemopoietic islets [correction of elots] in animals after 10-hours immobilisation has been found. The antithymocyte sera blockade of T-cells inhibits the appearance of new hemopoietic islets [correction of elots] in hemopoietic tissue at stress.
