The common man is bombarded by the media extolling the virtues of "the perfect smile." In the 21(st) century of esthetic dentistry, fractured, malformed, malposed, and discolored teeth can be changed and restored to highly desirable form due to introduction of wide range of esthetic materials and techniques. Porcelain veneers is a conservative method of restoring the appearance of discolored, pitted teeth, and teeth with diastemas that provide extremely good esthetic results. A 21-year-old female patient with staining in anterior teeth had reported to the Department of Prosthodontics for esthetic rehabilitation. The patient was treated with porcelain veneers on maxillary anterior teeth. The patient was satisfied with the enhanced esthetic appearance.
普通人受到媒体对“完美笑容”优点的大肆宣扬的影响。在21世纪的美容牙科领域，由于引入了各种各样的美学材料和技术，牙齿出现折断、畸形、错位和变色等情况都可以得到改变，并恢复到非常理想的形态。瓷贴面是一种修复变色、有凹坑的牙齿以及有牙缝的牙齿外观的保守方法，能带来极佳的美学效果。一名21岁的女性患者因前牙染色到口腔修复科寻求美学修复。该患者上颌前牙接受了瓷贴面治疗。患者对改善后的美观外观感到满意。
