Abstract
We reported three cases of Rendu-Osler-Weber disease. Sonography demonstrated markedly dilated, tortuous tubular structures surrounding the portal vein. Pulsed Doppler method showed phasic flow from these tubular structures. It was helpful in the diagnosis of such an intrahepatic vascular abnormality.

我们报告了3例遗传性出血性毛细血管扩张症。超声检查显示门静脉周围有明显扩张、迂曲的管状结构。脉冲多普勒法显示这些管状结构有阶段性血流。这有助于诊断这种肝内血管异常。
