The Acipenser schrenckii is an ancient freshwater Chondrostei species, which is mainly distributed in Amur River in China and Russian. The complete mitochondrial genome of A. schrenckii was obtained for the first time in this study. The circular genome (16,548 bp in length) consists of 37 typical animal mitochondrial genes (13 protein-coding genes, 22 transfer RNA genes, 2 ribosomal RNA genes) and 1 control region. Overall base composition of the complete mitochondrial DNA was 30% A, 24% T, 29.4% C and 16.5% G with AT (54%).
施氏鲟是一种古老的淡水软骨硬鳞鱼类,主要分布于中国和俄罗斯的黑龙江流域。本研究首次获得了施氏鲟的完整线粒体基因组。该环状基因组长度为16,548 bp,由37个典型的动物线粒体基因(13个蛋白质编码基因、22个转运RNA基因、2个核糖体RNA基因)和1个控制区组成。完整线粒体DNA的总体碱基组成为:A占30%、T占24%、C占29.4%、G占16.5%,AT含量为54%。
