In 51 patients (102 eyes) after strabismus operation, the incidence of corneal dellen was 22.54%. The average preoperative tearfilm breakup time was 28.75 sec, while the postoperative BUT in the dellen formation group was markedly reduced from the average 23.22 sec to 8.61 sec. The incidence of dellen after rectus resection (47.75%) was much higher than that after rectus recession (5.13%). It was believed that elevation of the bulbar conjunctiva after operation disturbed stability of the precorneal tearfilm to result in reduced BUT and local desiccation of the cornea, leading to dellen formation.
在51例（102只眼）斜视手术后患者中，角膜瓣裂的发生率为22.54%。术前平均泪膜破裂时间为28.75秒，而在瓣裂形成组中，术后泪膜破裂时间从平均23.22秒显著缩短至8.61秒。直肌缩短术后瓣裂的发生率（47.75%）远高于直肌后徙术后（5.13%）。据信，术后球结膜抬高扰乱了角膜前泪膜的稳定性，导致泪膜破裂时间缩短和角膜局部干燥，从而导致瓣裂形成。
