Abstract

The rhizomes and roots of Curcuma are commonly used as Traditional Chinese Drugs. In this paper, a new species of Genus Curcuma from Sichuan, viz. Curcuma chuanyujin is reported, it is similar to C. aromatica, but differs from the dispersion of downs and the colour of bracts.
