Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To identify novel potential biomarkers and evaluate combined biomarkers for diagnosing kidney injury with considerable accuracy in preeclampsia.

METHODS

The level of serum and urine neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL), kidney injury molecule-1 (KIM-1), retinol-binding protein (RBP) and interleukin-18 (IL-18) were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.

RESULTS

The level of serum cystatin C, urine RBP, urine NGAL and urine KIM-1 in preeclampsia group were higher than that in the normal pregnancy group. When four biomarkers are combined, the sensitivity and specificity are 100%/98.20%.

CONCLUSION

Urine KIM-1 is the most potential biomarker for renal injury in preeclampsia. The more biomarkers combined, the more sensitivity and specificity were increased.

目的

识别新的潜在生物标志物,并评估联合生物标志物在诊断子痫前期肾损伤方面的准确性。

方法

采用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测血清和尿液中中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)、肾损伤分子-1(KIM-1)、视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)和白细胞介素-18(IL-18)的水平。

结果

子痫前期组血清胱抑素C、尿液RBP、尿液NGAL和尿液KIM-1水平高于正常妊娠组。当四种生物标志物联合使用时,敏感性和特异性分别为100%/98.20%。

结论

尿液KIM-1是子痫前期肾损伤最具潜力的生物标志物。联合的生物标志物越多,敏感性和特异性越高。
