Arrhythmia induced by etoposide is exceedingly rare. There are only a very few individual case histories of arrhythmias during etoposide infusion, including atrial fibrillation.
Through this uncommon case, we propose to study the pathophysiology, the diagnosis and the management of this entity.
We report a case of a 57-year-old man, without cardiac history, followed for endocrine tumor of the pancreas with liver metastases who had presented atrial fibrillation (AF) after etoposide infusion.
It is important to consider cardiac monitoring during etoposide infusion in patients with known cardiac disease or at high risk of cardiac complications.
依托泊苷诱发的心律失常极为罕见。仅有极少数关于依托泊苷输注期间发生心律失常（包括心房颤动）的个案报道。
通过这一罕见病例，我们旨在研究该病症的病理生理学、诊断及处理方法。
我们报告一例57岁男性患者，既往无心脏病史，因胰腺内分泌肿瘤伴肝转移接受治疗，在输注依托泊苷后出现心房颤动（AF）。
对于已知患有心脏病或有心脏并发症高风险的患者，在输注依托泊苷期间进行心脏监测很重要。
