[The treatment of patients with destructive pulmonary tuberculosis with indomethacin and tuberculostatic preparations].

Use of indomethacin along with tuberculostatic agents increases the efficacy of treatment of patients with freshly detected destructive pulmonary tuberculosis. Healing of disintegration cavities was more frequent and quicker that when only chemotherapy was employed. Addition of indomethacin to the chemotherapeutic agents is not accompanied by inhibition of the T-system of immunity and increased specific reactivity in this group of patients.
