Rectal myectomy was used with the positive result in 22 children. In patients with the supra-anal form of the Hirschsprung's disease, rectal myectomy was performed as an independent intervention. In patients with the residual zone of agangliosis after radical intervention, idiopathic constipation after radical myectomy, the pressure in the anal canal reduced, rectal emptying improved.
直肠肌切除术应用于22例儿童并取得了阳性结果。对于肛门上型先天性巨结肠病患者，直肠肌切除术作为一种独立的干预措施进行。对于根治性干预后存在神经节细胞缺失残留区的患者、根治性肌切除术后的特发性便秘患者，肛管压力降低，直肠排空得到改善。
