Abstract
Enterosorption as component of preoperative preparation of patients with cancer-induced mechanical jaundice assured subsidence of intoxication, improvement in hepatic and renal functions, better postoperative course, lower rates of purulent and other postoperative complications and lower postoperative lethality.
