Abstract

The quantitation of allopurinol, I, flucytosine, II, meclophenoxate hydrochloride, III, and phenylephrine hydrochloride, IV, in bulk drugs and tablets was achieved by simply developed, rapid and specific methods using the proton magnetic resonance (PMR) spectroscopy. Trifluoroacetic acid and dimethylmalonic acid were the solvent and the internal standard respectively.

采用简单开发的、快速且特异的方法,通过质子磁共振(PMR)光谱法实现了对原料药和片剂中别嘌醇(I)、氟胞嘧啶(II)、盐酸甲氯芬酯(III)和盐酸去氧肾上腺素(IV)的定量分析。三氟乙酸和二甲基丙二酸分别用作溶剂和内标。
