The results of a long-term follow up for an average of 7.3 years (ranged from 6 months to 22 years) on 30 cases of intrathoracic sarcoidosis are reported. The course of the disease was more than 2 years in 90% (27/30), and less than 2 years in 10% (3/30). At the beginning of the observation, 53.3% (16/30) of the patients were in stage I, 36.7% (11/30) in stage II, and 10% (3/30) in stage III. But at the end of follow up, 6 cases had spontaneous remission, 9 had been cured, 6 were in stage II and 9 in stage III. Nor was in stage I or died. According to these results, the treatment of intrathoracic sarcoidosis is discussed.
报告了30例胸内结节病平均7.3年（范围从6个月至22年）的长期随访结果。90%（27/30）的疾病病程超过2年，10%（3/30）的病程少于2年。观察开始时，53.3%（16/30）的患者处于I期，36.7%（11/30）处于II期，10%（3/30）处于III期。但随访结束时，6例自发缓解，9例治愈，6例处于II期，9例处于III期。无处于I期或死亡者。根据这些结果，对胸内结节病的治疗进行了讨论。
