Animal experiments have demonstrated that P. aeruginosa vaccine is capable of protecting animals from experimental P. aeruginosa infection, as well as rendering a protective effect with respect to some representatives of the family Enterobacteriaceae. The comparative study of the antigenic spectra of the vaccine strains and some representatives of Enterobacteriaceae (Enterobacter, Serratia, Citrobacter and Klebsiella) has revealed no direct relationship between the degree of this protective effect and the presence of common antigenic determinants in them.
动物实验表明,铜绿假单胞菌疫苗能够保护动物免受实验性铜绿假单胞菌感染,并且对肠杆菌科的一些代表菌株也有保护作用。对疫苗菌株与肠杆菌科的一些代表菌株(肠杆菌属、沙雷氏菌属、柠檬酸杆菌属和克雷伯氏菌属)的抗原谱进行比较研究后发现,这种保护作用的程度与它们中共同抗原决定簇的存在之间没有直接关系。
