Vaginal lymphangioma is an extremely rare lesion. Lymphangioma in other areas is usually asymptomatic, and bleeding is a common complication and presentation.
We describe the identification of a vaginal lymphangioma in a 47-year-old woman and discuss the histopathology, diagnosis, and management, based on colposcopy and histology results.
Vaginal lymphangioma should be identified by histopathology to exclude other malignant tumours in the vagina and to plan appropriate therapy.
阴道淋巴管瘤是一种极其罕见的病变。其他部位的淋巴管瘤通常无症状，出血是常见的并发症和表现形式。
我们描述了一名47岁女性阴道淋巴管瘤的诊断过程，并根据阴道镜检查和组织学结果讨论了其组织病理学、诊断及治疗方法。
阴道淋巴管瘤应通过组织病理学检查来明确诊断，以排除阴道其他恶性肿瘤，并制定合适的治疗方案。
