The investigation of parameters of the circulating blood volume, rheological properties of blood and hemostasis was performed in 183 patients operated upon for diseases of organs of the abdominal cavity and major vessels. The authors recommend to use rheopolyglucin and the 5% solution of albumin (2:1) for the operative normovolemic hemodilution.
