Three new ursane-type triterpenoids, 2α,3β-dihydroxy-11α,12α-epoxy-urs-28,13β-olide (1), 2α,3β,24-trihydroxy-11α,12α-epoxy-urs-28,13β-olide (2), and 2α,3α,24-trihydroxy-11,20(30)-dien-urs-28,13β-olide (6), together with six known ursane-type triterpenoids (3-5, 7-9), were isolated from the EtOAc extract of the aerial parts of Isodon excisoides. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of 1D NMR and 2D NMR analyses as well as HRMS experiments.
从糙叶香茶菜地上部分的乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到了三种新的乌苏烷型三萜类化合物,即2α,3β-二羟基-11α,12α-环氧-乌苏-28,13β-内酯(1)、2α,3β,24-三羟基-11α,12α-环氧-乌苏-28,13β-内酯(2)和2α,3α,24-三羟基-11,20(30)-二烯-乌苏-28,13β-内酯(6),以及六种已知的乌苏烷型三萜类化合物(3-5、7-9)。通过一维核磁共振(1D NMR)、二维核磁共振(2D NMR)分析以及高分辨质谱(HRMS)实验对它们的结构进行了阐明。
