Abstract
Experiments conducted with rabbits (86) and albino rats (28) demonstrated that with the use of sodium oxybutyrate (200 mg/kg) in combination with phentanyl (0,02 mg/kg) the former reduces the depressing influence of the latter on the external respiration and tissue processes.
