Abstract
A report is presented on a case of hypereosinophilic syndrome (HES) characterized by an increase of leukocytes to 70.0 X 10(9) per litre and a percentage of eosinophils up to 87 per cent in the differential hemogram. As a peculiarity hitherto not described increased values were observed in 4 immunoglobulin fractions, IgA, IgG, IgM and with an extreme content of IgE of more than 40.000 IU/ml.
摘要
报告了一例嗜酸性粒细胞增多综合征（HES）病例，其特征为白细胞计数增至每升70.0×10⁹，分类血细胞计数中嗜酸性粒细胞百分比高达87%。作为迄今未描述的一个特殊情况，在4种免疫球蛋白组分，即IgA、IgG、IgM中观察到值升高，且IgE含量极高，超过40000IU/ml。
