Abstract

Stem segments of adult plants of Ficus religiosa L. cultured on MS medium containing 1.0 mg/l 2,4-D produced callus. Shoots were regenerated when the induced calli were transferred to medium supplemented with 0.05 to 2.0 mg/l BAP. Callus derived shoots produced roots and developed into plantlets when transferred to medium supplemented with 1.0 mg/l NAA.

摘要

成年菩提树植物的茎段在含有 1.0 mg/L 2,4-D 的 MS 培养基上培养产生愈伤组织。当诱导的愈伤组织转移到添加 0.05 至 2.0 mg/L BAP 的培养基上时,会再生出芽。当将愈伤组织衍生的芽转移到添加 1.0 mg/L NAA 的培养基上时,它们会生根并发育成小植株。
