It is recommended to introduce screening for fertility and potency determination to disclose genital disturbances the correction of which must be done in childhood or early age. Cryptorchism, undescended testicles or their hypoplasia, hypogonadism, hypogenitalism, hypospadias and finally varicocele are easily detected by screening at school, on military enlistment or by the sports physician.
