[Role of the psychiatric clinic in the psychiatry of crisis].

The crisis state in psychiatry is still far from being resolved either by the own individual means or by the medical practitioner or extern psychiatrist. So the hospital care is daily wanted. The part of the institution would be to assume the emotional charge and the destructive energy of the crisis state in order to make possible the management of the intrapsychic structure to assume the reality. A psychiatric institution has to develop constantly the institutional care and its infrastructure in order to avoid the institutional stereotypies. The infrastructure of their establishment is composed of 3 hospital departments: admission, geronto-psychiatry, reinsertion, and of different intermediary structures: the self-governing therapeutic community, the home and the protected workroom, the protected apartments and the family placing.
