Palmar hyperhidrosis (PH) is a common dysfunctional disorder, with endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy (ETS) being the most popular treatment method. However, until now, there is little improvement to this technique. In this paper, we present a new alternative to the conventional surgical method.
We performed ETS with flexible thoracoscopy under deep sedation without intubation in 13 patients. All patients were followed up until today.
During surgery, the vital signs of the patients remained stable and no intubation was necessary. The operative times ranged between 30 and 40 min. The symptom of PH disappeared postoperatively, and no complications occured. All patients were discharged from the hospital on the second postoperative day.
ETS with flexible thoracoscopy under deep sedation without intubation is a safe and effective method.
手掌多汗症（PH）是一种常见的功能失调性疾病，内镜胸交感神经切除术（ETS）是最常用的治疗方法。然而，迄今为止，这项技术几乎没有改进。在本文中，我们提出了一种传统手术方法的新替代方案。
我们对13例患者在深度镇静且无需插管的情况下采用软性胸腔镜进行了ETS。所有患者随访至今。
手术过程中，患者生命体征保持稳定，无需插管。手术时间为30至40分钟。手掌多汗症症状术后消失，未发生并发症。所有患者术后第二天出院。
在深度镇静且无需插管的情况下采用软性胸腔镜进行ETS是一种安全有效的方法。
