Investigations on various enzyme systems showed that addition of polyvinylpyrrolidone protected enzymatic reactions against inhibition by tannins. Furthermore, polyvinylpyrrolidone reactivated enzymatic reactions already inhibited by tannins. Addition of polyvinylpyrrolidone during the isolation of enzymes from tannin containing tissues prevented inhibition by tannins.
对各种酶系统的研究表明,添加聚乙烯吡咯烷酮可保护酶促反应免受单宁的抑制。此外,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮可使已被单宁抑制的酶促反应重新激活。在从含单宁的组织中分离酶的过程中添加聚乙烯吡咯烷酮可防止单宁的抑制作用。
