Light induced movement of the chloroplast ofMesotaenium caldariorum has been investigated. Action spectra indicate that the onset of the chloroplast movement is mainly controlled by light absorbed in the chlorophylls (a and b) whereas in the second phase of chloroplast movement phytochrome plays a part beside the chlorophylls.
对嗜热微星藻叶绿体的光诱导运动进行了研究。作用光谱表明,叶绿体运动的起始主要受叶绿素(a和b)吸收的光控制,而在叶绿体运动的第二阶段,除叶绿素外,光敏色素也发挥作用。
