To compare the chemical components of essential oil extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction (SFE-CO2) and steam distillation extraction (SD) from Pteris multifida.
The essential oil of Pteris multifida was extracted by SFE-CO2 and SD. The chemical components of essential oil were separated and analyzed by GC-MS. Their relative contents were determined by normalization of peak area.
Twenty -seven compounds in the essential oil extracted by SFE-CO2 and 45 compounds in the essential oil extracted by SD were identified respectively. There were 11 common components.
The chemical components of essential oil extracted by SFE-CO2 are different from that extracted by SD.
比较超临界CO2流体萃取(SFE-CO2)法与水蒸气蒸馏萃取(SD)法从凤尾草中提取的挥发油的化学成分。
采用SFE-CO2法和SD法提取凤尾草挥发油。采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法对挥发油的化学成分进行分离和分析,通过峰面积归一化法测定其相对含量。
SFE-CO2法提取的挥发油中鉴定出27种化合物,SD法提取的挥发油中鉴定出45种化合物,共有11种共同成分。
SFE-CO2法与SD法提取的凤尾草挥发油化学成分不同。
