We have studied the sensitivity of human pulmonary mast cells to some immunological and nonimmunological histamine releasers. The pulmonary mast cells were obtained by bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) of nonasthmatic patients. Mast cells constituted about 1% of total cell population and were morphologically intact. These cells were highly sensitive to the challenge with anti-human IgE. They responded to calcium ionophore A23187, polymyxin B and concanavalin A, however the magnitude of histamine release was low. BAL mast cells were unresponsive to the compound 48/80.
我们研究了人肺肥大细胞对一些免疫性和非免疫性组胺释放剂的敏感性。通过对非哮喘患者进行支气管肺泡灌洗（BAL）获取肺肥大细胞。肥大细胞约占总细胞群体的1%，且形态完整。这些细胞对抗人IgE刺激高度敏感。它们对钙离子载体A23187、多粘菌素B和刀豆球蛋白A有反应，然而组胺释放的幅度较低。BAL肥大细胞对化合物48/80无反应。
