Abstract

In the peripheral blood from 15 patients with coronary heart disease and from 18 with arrhythmias the parameters of peroxidic lipid oxidation were estimated by means of a chemiluminescence method. From the data obtained we conclude that any patient has an individual sensitivity to hyperbaric oxygen. The confidential intervals of the "index of chemiluminescence ICh" were determined both for the ischemic and the arrhythmic group. In both of them there were patients with positive and negative responses to the hyperbaric oxygen treatment. We observed that in the subgroups characteristic fluctuations of the confidential bounds may occur. The easy assessment of parameters of peroxidic lipid oxidation under hyperbaric oxygenation allows to predict the effectivity of the treatment and to control its timing.

摘要

采用化学发光法对15例冠心病患者和18例心律失常患者的外周血中过氧化脂质氧化参数进行了评估。根据所得数据,我们得出结论:任何患者对高压氧都有个体敏感性。确定了缺血组和心律失常组“化学发光指数ICh”的置信区间。两组中均有对高压氧治疗有阳性和阴性反应的患者。我们观察到,在亚组中可能会出现置信区间的特征性波动。在高压氧合条件下对过氧化脂质氧化参数进行简便评估,有助于预测治疗效果并控制治疗时机。
