From experience in the use of the hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO) in 31 patients and study of the ECG and central hemodynamic parameters by integral rheography the authors came to the conclusion that HBO reduces the number and duration of the paroxysms and that long-term remissions occur. HBO also reduces the number of extrasystoles, but the effect is of a short duration. During the paroxysms the HBO session promotes the change from the tachysystolic form of atrial fibrillation to the normosystolic form. A course of HBO therapy exerts a long-term normalizing effect on hemodynamics in myocardial hypodynamia.
根据对31例患者使用高压氧治疗（HBO）的经验以及通过积分血流图对心电图和中心血流动力学参数的研究，作者得出结论：HBO可减少阵发性发作的次数和持续时间，并出现长期缓解。HBO还可减少早搏次数，但效果持续时间较短。在阵发性发作期间，HBO治疗可促使房颤从快速收缩型转变为正常收缩型。一个疗程的HBO治疗对心肌功能减退患者的血流动力学具有长期的正常化作用。
