BACKGROUND
Amyand's hernia with acute appendicitis is rare in infants and is mostly delayed in diagnosis and treatment, resulting in a high morbidity.
METHODS
We presented two cases of infantile Amyand's hernia with acute appendicitis.
RESULTS
Early surgical interventions were performed and both patients recovered without complication.
CONCLUSION
A practical strategy for this entity is to be aware of the rare disease and to perform early surgical exploration for suspected cases.
背景
患有急性阑尾炎的艾米安德疝在婴儿中罕见，且大多诊断和治疗延迟，导致高发病率。
方法
我们报告了两例患有急性阑尾炎的婴儿艾米安德疝病例。
结果
进行了早期手术干预，两名患者均康复且无并发症。
结论
针对这种疾病的一个实用策略是了解这种罕见疾病，并对疑似病例进行早期手术探查。
