We studied the ultrastructural characteristics of the mitoses of the retinal vascular endothelium during normal vasculogenesis in the immature retina of 45 newborn albino rats, from birth to the end of the 1st month of postnatal development. For the first time mitotic phenomena in the endothelial cells to the adjacent endothelium during all mitosis stages. Direct budding from the pre-existing vessels seems to be the actual mechanism of growth of the retinal vessels in the holangiotic immature retina.
我们研究了45只新生白化大鼠未成熟视网膜从出生到出生后第1个月末正常血管生成过程中视网膜血管内皮细胞有丝分裂的超微结构特征。首次观察到内皮细胞在所有有丝分裂阶段与相邻内皮细胞之间的有丝分裂现象。在全血管生成性未成熟视网膜中,从既有血管直接出芽似乎是视网膜血管生长的实际机制。
