A case of a simple ureterocele, containing multiple calculi within, prolapsing through the urethra and presenting as a vulval mass in a woman aged 35 years with urinary retention. Following confirmation of diagnosis by plain X-ray and sonography, the calculi were extracted by incising the ureterocele, which was reduced in the bladder and later resected transurethrally.
一例单纯输尿管囊肿病例，囊肿内含有多个结石，经尿道脱垂并在一名35岁尿潴留女性中表现为外阴肿物。经X线平片和超声检查确诊后，通过切开输尿管囊肿取出结石，将囊肿还纳至膀胱，随后经尿道切除。
