THE AIM OF INVESTIGATION: To explore the possibilities of use of conservative therapy in the early stage of cholelithiasis.
In the treatment of patients with early stage of gallstone disease in 103 patients was used mineral water Uvinskaya, in 96--Ursosan and in 118--Ursosan combined with mineral water Uvinskaya.
The comparative evaluation of different variants of therapy showed that combined use of Ursosan and mineral water Uvinsky was the most effective to eliminate the clinical symptoms of the disease and reduce the lithogenic properties of bile.
