Abstract

BuP-Coordinated 2-phenylaniline-based palladacycle complex was demonstrated to be an efficient precatalyst for Pd-catalyzed coupling reactions of aryl halides with polyfluoroarenes via C-H activation strategy. The readily accessibility and easy handling nature of BuP- coordinated 2-aminobiphenyl-based palladacycle complex and the high yields of the reaction makes BuP-coordinated 2-aminobiphenyl-based palladacycle complex an attractive precatalyst for the cross-coupling reaction of aryl halides with polyfluoroarenes.

基于联苯膦配位的2-苯基苯胺钯环配合物被证明是一种通过C-H活化策略实现芳基卤化物与多氟芳烃进行钯催化偶联反应的高效预催化剂。基于联苯膦配位的2-氨基联苯钯环配合物易于获得且易于操作,以及该反应的高收率,使得基于联苯膦配位的2-氨基联苯钯环配合物成为芳基卤化物与多氟芳烃交叉偶联反应中一种有吸引力的预催化剂。
